Zen Cart How to Add per Page CSS Rules for EZ Pages

Zen Cart EZ pages are a great way to add additional content to your online store. You can add sizing charts, policies, articles, product guides, etc. EZ pages are different than the other zen cart pages as there is no native way to add page specific CSS rules. This Easy Help Zen Cart Tutorial will show you how to add some custom php code to your zen cart files that adds a unique page ID to each EZ page, letting you specify page specific CSS rules.

In your favorite plain text editor open the includes/templates/override/templates/tpl_page_default.php. If there is not already an override for this file you can create one by copying the includes/templates/template_default/templates/tpl_page_default.php to the includes/templates/override/templates/tpl_page_default.php.

Find this near the top of the page:

<div class="centerColumn" id="ezPageDefault">

Change it to this:

<div class="centerColumn ez<?php echo $_GET['id']; ?>" id="ezPageDefault">

This will give you a class ez10 (or what ever the ez page id is) in the main wrapper div of the page. You can use this class to isolate any styles that you want to change on the page.
