Question: On my product pages, I’m seeing images from other products showing under my product description. Why is this happening?
Answer: The additional images feature in zen cart is causing this. To solve this problem you can either:
- A. Rename your images according to proper zen cart convenstions so that they don’t share a common filename. For example, if you have one product with “abc.jpg” as the name, and another product with “abcde.jpg” as the name, both images will show for the “abc.jpg” product, because “abc” is common to both, and “abc” is the full filename of the main image of one of the products. See this tutorial for a full explanation about how to add additional images to your zen cart products.
- B. Turn off the additional image functionality. See this tutorial for a full explanation about how to turn off the additional images on your product pages in zen cart.
