Purchasing a Picaflor Azul product implies that you have read and agree to these Terms of Use.

The template that you are purchasing consists of code and artwork. The code is licensed under the GNU General Public License, Version 2. The artwork is licensed as follows:

Your template purchase includes a single use license for the artwork. You may use the artwork for one website. If you want to use the same artwork on another website you have to purchase the template again. You agree that you will display our credit link unchanged, in the same format as it is in the original template on any page that uses any portion of the artwork.

All imagery, fonts, clipart, etc. are royalty free. You are allowed to use these in one website only that you build with your purchased template. Any kind of separate usage or distribution is strictly prohibited. Images come as is.

You are allowed to make necessary modifications to our templates in accordance with the single user license.

You are not allowed to redistribute or resell the template(s).

Our templates are non-tangible irrevocable goods and as such we do not issue refunds after the product has been downloaded or received via email. You agree to this prior to purchasing any template on our site.

All products are the property of Picaflor Azul. You do not claim intellectual property rights or exclusive ownership to any of our templates, modified or unmodified.

Installation is not included with the template package price.
