Q: Can you move the description so that it comes before the photos?
Template alterations are not included in the template price. If you would like any modifications to the template layout, you can purchase the template add-on here.
Q: Can I get a heading that says "Terms" etc.?
This is no problem. Additional headings are not included in the template price, but you can purchase the add-on here.
Q: Can you translate the template into another language?
This is no problem. Language translation is not included in the template price, but you can purchase the add-on here.
Q: I have never used a template before. Is it complicated?
No. If you can copy and paste and follow directions, you will have no problem using the template. We have excellent step by step tutorials on our web site that take you through the process. Even a complete novice can use the template to create a professional looking auction listing.
Q: I don't know any html. Can I use the template?
No html knowledge is needed to use the templates. Our step by step tutorials will explain everything.
Q: How many times can I use the template?
Once you purchase the template you can use it as many times as you like. Our copyright information must remain intact on the template.
Q: I have two seller accounts. Can I use the template for both user ID's?
When you purchase a template, it can be used for only 1 Ebay user ID. If you would like to use it for two different Ebay user ID's, you will need to purchase the template twice.
Q: Can I use the template in Turbo Lister?
Yes, all of the templates can be used in Turbo Lister.
Q: How many product photos can I add?
You can add as many product photos to the template as you like for free. We will give you links to free image hosting sites for your product photos. We host the template images.
Q: Can I use the template with Sellers Sourcebook, Inkfrog, etc.?
Yes, all of the templates can be used with any auction management service. Customization for these services is not included in the price of the template, and can be purchased here.
Q: How long will it take to get my template after I purchase it?
Most templates will be emailed to you the same day as purchase, but template customization time will vary and can take up to 2 days.
Q: I saw a template that I loved, but want it in another color. Is this possible?
Yes, this is no problem. Just contact me and I would be happy to send you a quote for the work.
Q: I love my template. Can it be converted into a web site with a shopping cart?
Yes, all of our template designs can be made into E-commerce web sites or Ebay Stores.
Q: Can you add my Ebay Store categories to the template?
Yes, you can purchase this add-on here.
Q: Can I get "your idea here" to match the template?
If you can imagine something that you would like to match your template, we can make it. Please contact us for a quote. You can shop our store categories for matching banners, business cards, labels, signature logos, email templates, etc.
Q: Can I use Dreamweaver, Frontpage, or a similar program to edit the template ?
We recommend using a plain text editor such as Notepad for editing the template. Notepad comes free with Windows. We do not offer support for editing programs other than Notepad. If you use a program other than Notepad to edit the template, it is possible that the template code will be corrupted.
